Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

In some cases, returned items may need to be shipped to one of our international fulfillment warehouses. If so, return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
